TECHNICAL TRAINEE Job DescriptionThe main role of a Technical Trainee is to gain experience in all aspects of their selected career. Depending on your chosen career path, the company may require you to learn new skills. Technical Trainees can learn all required skills for their current and future tasks by performing real technical work duties. Technical Trainees may be assigned tasks focused on any of the following specializations:
ETL (extract-transform-load)
BI and Reporting
Business Analysis
Technical Documentation
Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey.- Accept lawful instructions given with regards to work and training in the workplace.
Complete tasks that are assigned in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Carry out any work as required by the company.
Have a positive and good attitude towards the company providing the training, to all levels of its staff, to their colleagues, and their work.- Always cultivate and maintain a professional image.
Identify how they can complement their formal training by self-help.
- Help develop their initiative and their innovative skills.
Use their diagnostic skills to identify problems and offer possible solutions. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Fresh graduates of IT/Engineering or related courses and those who are from other industries who wish to pursue the Analytics career path are considered for this position.
Background on SQL is a plus-factor.
