Graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
Must have at least 1 year IT support experience in a supervisory capacity
With working knowledge of IT systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair particularly in call center operations
With good communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends
