Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or any related field.
At least 6 months as Technical Support Staff- Competitive Salary based on years of experience in the related field.
- Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshooting
Provides 1st level support on IT issues reported by users- Oversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user support
Assist in research activities related to endpoint technologies
- Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).
