Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or any related field.
At least 1 year experience as Technical Support Staff
Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshooting- Provides 1st level support on IT issues reported by users
Oversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user support
- Assist in research activities related to endpoint technologies
Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).
