Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar are highly desirable.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents in the ticketing system.
- Provide technical support for WIFI, applications, internet services, UPS, printers, gaming terminals, and CCTV.
- IT Service Desk Management:
- Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolutions.
- Asset and Account Management:
-Maintain IT asset records, including tagging, storage, and tracking.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Generate IT service desk reports and endorsements.
