Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- With at least 2 years work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in Windows 7, 10, 11 and Windows server OS
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Knowledge in setting up RDP, VPNs, Firewalls, Router, Switches, Network Security, Telephone, Hardware, Software, Biometrics- Knowledgeable in CCTV connection is an advancement
Strong problem-solving skills and able to work collaboratively
