Metacom Solutions is urgently hiring for Email Tech Support professionals
Join our team in Mandaluyong City. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers regarding their web hosting and email services.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to accounts, web hosting, and other web services
- Educating customers on the use of web hosting and email tools and features
- Escalating complex issues to senior technical support staff as needed
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, or 6 months from a web hosting company
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales (any industry) and tech
- Bachelor's Degree or College Undergrad preferred; Associate degree with 2 years of BPO experience; High School Grad with 2 years of BPO experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with web hosting, email, and other online services
- Competency with common email applications, especially Outlook
- Basic knowledge of DNS, name servers, IP addresses, and email protocols (SMTP, POP/IMAP)
