Tech Support who can work with us full-time, on-site, and on a rotating schedule!

Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu
As TX Support, you'll be the go-to person for Smartsourcing IT services like Office 365, and Freshdesk, and fixing application malfunctions, among other things. Your main tasks will involve investigating issues, figuring out what's causing them, and suggesting solutions or pathways to tackle them.
Some of the things we'd expect you to do are to...
- Add and remove users as well as change users access rights in Microsoft OnPrem/Azure Active Directory, and Forti EMS.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software.
- Install and upgrade antivirus software (EMS).
- Remote into (WFH) user computers for troubleshooting and management of critical software.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure that IT assets, networks and services operate correctly.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Writing root cause analysis and reports from troubleshooting.
- Periodically review the helpdesk logs and other records generated in the course of troubleshooting.
- Manage preventative maintenance tasks.
- Work with an issue tracker to track and manage issues across the business.
- Track and manage inventory of new and used assets.
- Monitor the uptime of all critical IT infrastructure.
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Adept at Azure, Office 365, Windows/Mac OS, and ticketing systems
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
