Job Description

Responsibilities:

Join our team on-site in Davao. As a Client Support, you will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, customer service support, resolving billing issues,and preparing reports related to billing.

Qualifications:

* Proven 1-3 years experience in client support, billing, and customer service roles

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.

* Familiarity with billing systems and a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.

* Commitment to maintaining a positive customer experience.
