Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our BPO service desk team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support to our clients, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Experience: At least 6 months in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) role is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Education: Completion of at least 1 year of college.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in advanced technical support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting computers, IT infrastructure, and business applications is advantageous.
- Experience with password resets and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Friday on a night shift schedule in BGC, Taguig.
