Job Description

GoTeam is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about helping customers resolve technical issues and possess strong problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with technical issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
  • Providing clear and concise instructions to customers for issue resolution
  • Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issue resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers experiencing technical difficulties
  • Ability to adapt to different customer knowledge levels and technical backgrounds
  • Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.
