Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Providing clear and concise instructions to customers for issue resolution
- Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issue resolutions
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers experiencing technical difficulties
- Ability to adapt to different customer knowledge levels and technical backgrounds
- Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.
