JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:_
Primary Responsibility:_
- Answering questions regarding Data Lake's product, its hardware, and software
Performing troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues.- Ticket issuer and resolver
Effectively managing customer expectations
- Setting the organizational standard for customer engagement
Voice Support and Remote Support
_Secondary Responsibility:
_- Assist with Return Orders
Preferred minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience in Tech Support, Retail, Sales or any related industry on a Voice Account- IT, Engineering Graduate Diploma
Some degree of further education/college.
- Effective, clear, and professional written communication in English to support clients
Preferably has basic MS knowledge and Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills- Amenable to work in One Esplanade
PASAY CITY
Willing to be trained for 2-3 months in a Hybrid Set-up (Day Shift) before working in a WFH Set-up (Night Shift)
- Willing to work on Night Shift
Willing to work on a Work From Home set-up
