About the Role:

As our Technical Support Representative, be responsible for handling level 1 incidents, following escalation procedures, providing prompt and exceptional service through phone and email communications with end users and vendors, maintaining accurate time entries, records, and documentation, collaborating with partners for onsite support and client management

  • Resolve level 1 incidents and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide timely and exceptional service through phone and email communications.
  • Maintain accurate time entries, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with partners for onsite support and client management.
  • Work on various platforms including Windows, Office, Exchange, On-Premises, and Active Directory
  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as advising on platform downtime and reporting ticket failures.
  • Proactively learn and develop skills

Technical Requirements
  • Intermediate troubleshooting, installation, and network knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Office platforms
  • Experience with line of business applications and Active Directory
