Job Description

Primary Functions

Manages and supports IAM/OE Technical Support Calls and ensure resolution ofthe issue in a timely manner
Ability to researches, diagnoses and troubleshoots and resolves the issues to the clients satisfaction
Maintains detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or stakeholder

Daily Operations

Handles IAM, OE, ESItronic Calls & Emails
ESItronic License Deployment
ESItronic Remote Troubleshooting
CDB Compliance (Real Time Documentation of Interactions)
C4C Documentation (OE)
XMS update, deployment
OE Remote Troubleshooting
Bosch Warranty System Processing
MyBCS Primary Support
Bosch Motorsports Inbound Support
Mazda VCM Support Hotline Report 85%
  • Weekly/ Monthly Tasks 10%
    Bosch Warranty System Quality Monitoring
    BWS Turnaround Time
    ADHOC Tasks

    Qualifications

    2 to 3 year technical support experience in automotive industry or anyrelated industry
    Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or Automotive
    Has basic to advanced understanding of OBD2
    Preferably with SAP experience
    Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office and generate reports, if needed
    Excellent communication skills
    Team Player, able to sit well with the team and customers
    Keen attention to details
    Goal and result oriented
    Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up
