THIS POSITION IS IN THE U.S.
The hours will be NIGHT SHIFT in the Philippines
YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN AN HOUR COMMUTE OF PARAAQUE OR BULACAN OR TAGUIG OR SAN PABLO LAGUNA - ALL OTHER APPLICANTS OUTSIDE OF THIS WILL BE IGNORED

We are an Managed Service Provider servicing Small to Large Enterprise Markets in the U.S. We provide a full coverage of Software/hardware support & implementation, Analyze risk factors and recommend upgrade-proactive support on all peripherals and business process. Our reach involves all devices from printers, workstations, laptops, servers, telecommunications both On-site and VoIP, from SMB, hosted to enterprise level grade equipment.

This position will provide support, analyze, design, develop & implement any existing, or new technology to provide our clients the technology support they require. This position requires an understanding of a way to balance requirement, cost and should be able to forecast and/or determine options on a project based on the client's budget.
  • Required Skills, education and experience:
BS/BA and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Network Technologies, peripherals, Windows operating systems and business applications Extensive knowledge of Desktop, Workstation, Laptop, Server and network peripherals internal components/configuration
Extensive Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Servers (All versions) / All Services-functions of MS Servers / Microsoft Windows Desktop OS (All versions) Microsoft Office Products.
  • Excellent understanding of overall IT Architectures, including those outside the scope of immediate responsibility
REQUIRED UNDERSTANDING ON EVERYTHING I.T. RELATED IS A MUST / Tablets/Printers/Phones/Peripherals/Electronics
  • Experience on troubleshooting systems over the phone
Experience on troubleshooting systems remotely
  • Experience on troubleshooting multiple issues simultaneously
Strong commitment to meeting or exceeding service level agreements
  • Ability to participate in global, cross cultural members, clients and vendors
Demonstrated experience creating a working environment dedicated to development and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to complete the task recommended even if it involves the smallest job involved.
