We are currently looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join our affiliated company, which focuses on Digital and Commercial Solutions.
The Technical Support 1 is responsible for maintaining the company's assets deployed in various locations nationwide through on-site and remote implementations. They are expected to deliver concise reports and outputs.
Previous experience as an IT/Computer Technician from a reputable company is preferred but not required.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT and technology.
- Educational Qualification:
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support or related roles is advantageous, but not mandatory. We welcome fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects.
- Specialization/Technical Skills:
Familiarity with multi-platform operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and firmware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical support.
