At least
1-2 years of experience in a
Level 2 desktop support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of desktop imaging, configuration, and software installations, familiarity with minor network infrastructure support and printer/peripheral installation.
Experience with remote desktop tools
and technologies (e.g., Remote Desktop Protocol, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve complex IT issues.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a PLUS.
Must be willing to work onsite
in BGC.
