Job Description

Title: Technical Support Engineer

Role: Customer Success & Support

Career Level: Entry

Job Type: Full-time

Required Degree: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Available Vacancies: 4 vacancies.

Location: Philippines (Remote Role)

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Basic understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  3. Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
  4. Assist in updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
  5. Collaborate with the tech team to resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Learn and stay updated on Proxidize products and services.
