- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the tech team to resolve complex technical issues.
