As an
Technical Support Engineer, you will be the vital link between external developers and our platform. You will manage developer engagements, guide our customers developers with best practices and connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain our developer community and documentation. Your role is critical in driving platform adoption, enhancing developer/customer satisfaction, and solidifying our leadership in the API/WMS domain.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage external developer engagements and resolve complex technical connectivity issues.
- Become a subject matter expert on our API platform and train others on best practices.
Assist developers with best practices and connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions to developer challenges.
Help maintain our developer community and documentation, ensuring resources are up-to-date and accessible.
5+ years of experience with API setups and developer engagements
- Proficiency in SQL Report Builder, with extensive experience in creating reports that inform strategic business decisions.
Demonstrated project management skills, with a history of overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, and effectively allocating resources.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service.
