Technical Support Engineers.- High School and Senior High School Graduates with at least 1 year experience handling a technical support or hybrid customer service-technical account.
College Graduates
who completed Engineering courses
(particularly w/ Electrical Engineering Background is a plus)- Good to excellent communication skills
Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting customers through chats.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
