Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project implementation and support for warranty and maintenance agreement.
  • Level 2 support
  • Escalation to partners when there are technical issues
  • Resolving technical issues raised by customers
  • Qualifications

    • 3 years experience in project implementation- knowledgeable in Wireless, Security and F5 load balancers
    • Have experience in Palo Alto
    • CCNA, CCNP Preferrable- Palo Alto Certified or Highly Skilled
    • Experienced Routing And Switching - Aruba Product and Technology Certified or Highly Skilled/Experienced
