Creation and submission of technical evaluation report based on handled and monitored technical issues
2. Dealer Workshop Tools and Equipment Completion Evaluation and inspection of dealer workshop tools and equipment condition
Creation of action plan and recommendation based on the result of evaluation
Enhancement of dealer diagnostic equipment as constructed by the manufacturer
- 3. Technical Dealer Field Visit
Authorized dealer technical operations performance review
Orientation of incoming dealers (new) on the technical operations standard process
Enhancement of dealer diagnosing skills and capabilities thru conducted orientation on the new processes and latest diagnostic tools and equipment
. Prepares Quality Information Report (QIR) and Distributor Hotline Inquiry Report for submission to HMC.
