Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in oral and written communication
Enthusiastic and target driven
  • Proven experience in technical support
  • Key Responsibilities

Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, willing to travel in different branches if needed.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Replace parts as required

Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php20,500.00 per month

    Benefits:
  • Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Bonus pay
