Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients in the insurance industry.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service targets.


  • Needed Qualifications
At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • With at least one year of BPO experience handling voice international accounts
or at least three months of direct sales experience from other industries
