  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve timely, efficient and effective delivery of Job Order Requests.
  • Manages after-sales activities/Job Order and its implementation such as repair and maintenance, system checking, and general cleaning.
Ensures timely response to after-sales job order request.
  • Strategically schedules Technical Support Team in conducting these activities.
Leads Repair/Maintenance planning sessions and manages execution progress.
  • Verifies Warranty inclusions and exclusions.
Prepares bill of materials and coordinate with the Technical Sales for proposal or billing attachments.
  • Delivers services for internal and external clients on a timely and effective manner.
Coordinates with Solution Engineers, Project Implementation Team, Technical Sales, Operations and other departments in order to ensure smooth services to clients and maintain good working relationship with them.
  • Coordinates and negotiates with Supplier and Contractors in order to ensure smooth implementation and maintain good working relationship with them.
Performs risk management by identifying and responding to potential concerns to minimize negative impact and help ensure the safety of the workers.
  • Manages and ensures product's quality and its inventory.
Prepares Technical Reports (findings, diagnosis, and recommendation), and other documents that may be required.
  • Control expenses within the agreed budget by ensuring proper care and correct utilization of company's physical and financial resources.
Monitors and prepares Expense reports.
  • Conducts service quality checking and audit of repair inventory.
Prepares report such as but not limited to Monthly Accomplishment report, Repair Status, Job Order Summary & Analysis, Repair Inventory.

  • Development and coordinate with partner contractors and suppliers

  • Establish and implement good working process with Sales engineers and other divisions.

  • Develop and implement operation strategies.
  • Manages effectively the schedules of Technical Support Team.
Regularly monitors and evaluates performance.
  • Sets clear accountabilities, targets, performance measures and performance evaluation parameters for the team by using tools like performance development plan and evaluation.
Ensures that itinerary of the team are properly set, up to date and strictly followed by the each member.
  • Assigns job numbers and logs all activities for proper processing.
Identifies subordinates training needs and ensure that appropriate training is provided.
  • Identifies subordinates equipment/tools needs and ensure that appropriate resources are provided.

  • Develop and implement standards, policies, and procedures on all Job Order implementation / Customer Service Process.
  • Conduct assessment in existing standards, policies and procedures.
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Formulate and implement team policies and procedures to maximize output.
Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

  • Liaison with the top management.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities.
Implement and manage operational plans.

  • Develop standards, monitoring and implementation of Service Level Agreements.
  • Manages daily operation of all equipment and ensures all are in good working condition.
Strategizes for preventive and corrective measures to make sure that all equipment are in good working condition.
  • Monitors Display performance and periodically prepares report with analysis and recommendation.
Repairs LED or spare parts in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates with the Admin Team for inventory of materials and spare parts.
Control expenses within the agreed budget by ensuring proper care and correct utilization of company's physical and financial resources

  • To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Educational Background and Work Experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:

    a. Electronics and Communications Engineering; or

    b. Any related Engineering course;

  • With 1-2 yrs work experience in customer service / repair / maintenance / service management.

  • Experience in After Sales Service.

  • Experience in handling people.

  • Knowledge in budget monitoring and inventory management.
  • Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Technically Adept: Ability to resolve repairs, understand technical diagrams, structural plans, electrical plans, and construction drawings and, has solid understanding in electronics.

  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to provide simple and understandable presentation to the clients/contractors through preparing comprehensive charts and reports.

  • Collaborative and Team Player: Capable in interfacing clients and contractors.

  • Deadline-driven: Ability to delivery quality outputs in a high-pressure situation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
