Job Overview:As a Technical Support-AMS, your main focus is on managing and supporting the applications or software used within the organization. Your responsibilities include tasks like deploying and configuring applications, troubleshooting issues, managing patches, and monitoring performance to ensure applications run smoothly. You collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and end-users to meet the organization's requirements and ensure the effective functioning of applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as Technical Support-AMS or relevant role.
Experience using any ticketing system (e.g Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.)
batch management, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch processing jobs
to ensure smooth operations.Full Onsite located at Diliman, Quezon City- Project-Based 1 year - subject for extension or regularization depending on the performance. Highly chances of getting regular / permanent employee.
