Position DescriptionThis position is responsible in providing technical assistance in support of activities in operations and or servicing.
Installation of any of the security system marketed by the company, such as but not limited to CCTV, biometric device, GPS and its ancillary and auxiliary equipment;
- Carries out generally established procedures in order to address technical related concerns from clients and or customers, i.e. troubleshooting, configuration, resetting and or repair of any of company's security system with the client;
Performs preventive maintenance of any of the company's security system with the client as scheduled;- Follows standard techniques in order to gather data;
Completes standard report after each activity;
- Uses equipment such as repair tools, tester and or demo unit;
Ensures compliance with all applicable health and safety procedure;- Participates in training held within or outside the company as it deem necessary in the enhancement of his technical knowhow;
Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

- high school, vocational or technical course graduate
- _Training/Experience_ _(Training/seminars, short courses required to perform the job)_
- with relevant experience in same field for at least 2 years- with relevant experience performing a technical functions
- with minimal familiarity on security technology systems
