Job Description

JOB DUTIES:
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with the software development group to resolve more advance issues when necessary.
Resolves escalated stakeholders complaints concerns without the need for supervisor's intervention.
  • Serves as Laboratory Custodian of the Computer Laboratories and Speech Laboratory for both Basic Education and Higher Education.
Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  • Participates in providing training to stakeholders as required.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
