RESPONSIBILITIES- Evaluates the submitted technical evaluation report of dealers and provides assessment on warrant claim validity.
Provides technical assistance to reported customer complaints.- Prepares technical repots on service evaluation, field parts, service bulletin, and other technical information reports.
Monitors and reports aftersales field quality issues and recommends countermeasures.
A Licensed Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- With at least 3 years if experience on technical evaluation of automotive vehicles.
Knowledgeable in workshop manual wiring diagram and engine management.- Good oral and written communication skills.
With valid driver's license.
- Willing to wok on-site in Binan, Laguna.
