TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Graduate of Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Technology course or Equivalent background. Knowledge / Experience in instruments installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & calibration is an advantage.

• Nature of Work:

A Technical Service Representative executes service activities either In-house or On-site.

Provide answers to questions from customers on use and trouble-shooting of instruments/equipment over the phone or online.

Receive, identify and handles task from Supervisor, resolves customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction in handling technical requirement in a timely manner.

Document the activities & generate report.

• Skills and Competencies:

Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills both in verbal & writing.

Ability to exercise good judgment and make decision.

• Ability in documenting procedures, reports & certificates.

Ability to drive vehicles with valid driver's license is an advantage.

• Well rounded on different instrumentation parameter principle & application.

With NC2 for Instrumentation Servicing.

Physically fit

• Ability to work with a team and follow instruction from supervisor.

Must be dependable and professional in a manner.
