Job Description

  • Attends to walk-in and phone inquiries/requests from customer and notes them in the appropriate record form and endorses to concern department.
  • Receives, logs details of samples for analysis, and endorses to samples to laboratory
  • Validates all information and pertinent documents of customer are accurate and complete.
  • Consults the Supervisor and Laboratory Business Manager in case of doubt regarding customer queries, acceptability of sample for analysis.
  • Coordinates the CSAs daily schedule to include both the regular and pre-arranged sample pick up and the newly requested ones.
  • Ensures that records books/File is signed by the concerned personnel and issues reminders if lapses are noted.
  • Conducts customer survey and receives customer feedback and complaints and forwards to the Quality Manager / Deputy for resolution.
  • Observes guidelines on: safety and good housekeeping in the laboratory and its environment.
  • Directly reporting to Supervisor / Laboratory Business Manager.
  • Performs other tasks as necessary to support the laboratory's objectives.
