Responsibilities
- Integration Design and Architecture:
Oversee integration architectural design and documentation to ensure a clear understanding of the integration solutions among the team members
Engage with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand the roadmap, business strategy, and product vision, incorporating these insights into technical solutions
Work within an Agile scrum setup to deliver high-quality SalesForce Integration solution
- Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and custom code
Provide training and support documentation for end-users and other team members
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to gather requirements and ensure appropriate integration implementation
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex integration concepts and solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design robust, scalable, and efficient integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Stay Updated on Salesforce Features:
Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices related to integration
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance integration capabilities
Qualifications
A relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - 7+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a focus on integrations
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or similar
Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable
SAP and Integration experience
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
Competencies
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire. (Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce admin, and potential with certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Salesforce Deployment Architect)
