- Assist WWT Sales with technical support for clients or leads in regards to WWT equipment and processes.
- Perform product demonstrations to potential clients in coordination with Sales Team, including the ability to clearly articulate highly technical concepts.
- Support existing clients with technical issues in coordination with Sales Team.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and malfunctions through systematic problem-solving techniques. This involves diagnosing problems, researching potential solutions, and implementing fixes. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Supervise and coordinate with in-house or contractual installation team for projects.
- Installing and configuring WWT equipment of clients with the assistance of an installation team and in coordination with Sales Team.
- To evaluate new local and foreign equipment and spare parts suppliers intended for DI and WWT equipments.
- To evaluate new and foreign contractor of DI water system, water processing systems and waste water treatment systems.
- Discuss Technical aspects of the equipment proposals to customer and suppliers/ contractors.
- Discuss Technical aspects of the project proposals with customers and suppliers/ contractors.
