Job Description

Supervising and leading a team of technical sales representatives. This involves providing guidance, support, and training to team members, setting sales targets and goals, and monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and targets aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts. Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide technical expertise, and develop customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Analyzing sales performance data, such as sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market trends. Identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold. Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team in presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Delivering technical sales presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of the products or services. Addressing customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to close sales deals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and engineering, to align sales strategies and initiatives. Providing feedback and insights from the sales team to improve product offerings, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
  • Forecasting sales targets and monitoring sales performance against targets. Generating regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights and recommendations to management.
Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical and sales skills of the sales team. Keeping abreast of new technologies, industry advancements, and sales techniques to provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
