- Promotes F.A.S.T. Laboratories services to these prospective Customers.
- Submits accomplished Customer Information Sheet for database and term application.
- Submits price quotations and secures orders from Customers.
- Closes contracts for projects and endorses to laboratory operations thru the Technical Sales Coordinator.
- Maintains and expands business coverage both with new and existing Customers.
- Ensures timely payment collection for the services rendered.
- Collaborates with the departments (Quality, Technical, Laboratory, Accounting, and Human Resource) for project execution and completion.
- Communicates Customers feedback, concerns, and requests to concerned department thru Quality Management System team.
- Participates in trade expositions for market visibility, network expansion, and business growth.
- Ensures proper and strict implementation of Marketing & Sales systems.
