TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST (Gen Trade)-JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in overseeing the overall-area performance and its development.
Attain the set target based on business potential and aligned with company strategic goals.- Execute strategic sales plan, program and activity to meet the specific target under salesinitiatives and the CTS (cost-to-sales) of each program/project prior endorsement to CEO.
Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor.
- Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection).
Attain of KRA/KPI.
- Execute tactical objective and action plan.
Execute KRA/KPI.- Send sell out Report to Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor monthly.
Develop new customers with Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor.
- Prepare weekly DES to be submitted to Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor.
Visit Project accounts.- Conduct seminars and training to project accounts.
Responsible to UAP and PICE events.
- Conduct seminars and training to project accounts (mason).
Provide technicality support to Gentrade sales team.- Directly reporting to Gen Trade Tech Sales Supervisor.

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
