- Planning of Sales Goals and Strategies
Establish and implement sales goals and objectives Create, develop and implement sales strategies- Plan and organize sales activities
Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques which can contribute to sales growth
- Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes
- 2. New Account/Sales Opportunity Development
Analyze the market to identify new sales and business opportunities
- Evaluate market demand to meet customers needs and expectations
Be aware on the products and activities of the competitors- Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells
Prepare and promote promotional campaign materials samples, prototypes, documents and presentation
- Participate at trade fairs and other event.
- 3. Handling of Sales and After-Sales Service
Compile and track sales data monthly requirement, price movement
- Manage stocks/requirements of the customers and monitor outstanding accounts in coordination with the Accounts Receivable Team
Handle customer complaints- Coordinate with the service group in performing daily sales activities
Input all sales activities in system- Input all projects in system and in templates required by the supplier
Prepare marketing and sales reports as required by the supplier and the management
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related courses.
- 2-4 years of experience in product and technical l knowledge
Background in technical support, product development or project management
