Responsibilities
- Serves as point of contact for clients with queries about our product.
- Continuously prospects to develop new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Implements sales strategies to support the department's goals.
- Check and Finalize Sales Quotations and do corrective action efficiently.
- Collaborates regularly with our clients to provide support and ensure business continuity.
- Preparing and Monitoring Weekly and Monthly sales and other necessary reports.
- Creates and sends Sales Quotation to clients in order to support and finalize the sales.
- Conduct Client visits for possible Sales Opportunities and address Client Concerns.
- Secure list of requirements for clients accreditation/requirements.
- Assesses customers current and potential needs like determining appropriate products and solutions.
- Builds good and solid customer relationships through strategy.
- Handle complaints or objections related to our products and services.
- Maintain and update the general database of clients.
- Ensures all assigned sales administrative records and archives are monitored to maintain data integrity.
- Performs other related functions as deemed necessary and assigned to him/her by the company officials from time to time.
Minimum Job Requirements/Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- Preferably related courses in Civil Engineering, Architect, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration Major in Marketing, Sales and alike.
Years Of Related Experience
- With at least three years of relevant working experience in selling concrete and or admixtures.
- Preferably exposure to construction, retail, commercial and government projects.
