This role combines technical knowledge of solar energy systems with sales expertise for our MSS team in Philippines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Have a deep understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, and related components.
- Analyze and respond to technical customer inquiries on technical sales topics to always ensure highest customer satisfaction and support sales on all technical aspects across the region.
- Support Sales team in the negotiation and drafting of technical annexes on sales contracts.
- Support Sales activities and design of technical marketing materials.
- Create trusted professional relationships with customers, Sales Managers and technical stakeholders in the market.
- Periodic product training for customers and sales team.
- Collaboration with HQ for certifications matters.
- Process/tool standardization ensuring compliance to internal/external regulation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, solar related studies or comparable
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PV/Renewable Energy business
- Knowledge of PVSyst, LCOE calculations and other related technologies.
- Fluent in English,any other language is a plus.
