Job Description

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and serving as the primary point of contact. This involves regular communication, conducting meetings, and addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and offering tailored solutions, products, or services to meet their needs. Developing account strategies and implementing initiatives to increase client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets by actively promoting products or services to existing clients. Identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities and presenting proposals or quotes to clients.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and renewals.
Developing account plans and strategies to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction. Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
  • Conducting needs assessments and understanding client requirements. Identifying opportunities to provide additional value or address pain points. Collaborating with internal teams, such as product development or customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
Managing contracts, agreements, and service level agreements with clients. Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. Coordinating with legal or finance teams to handle contract negotiations, amendments, or terminations.
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing regular sales reports and updates to management. Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
Fostering customer loyalty and retention by providing excellent customer service and support. Addressing customer concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner. Conducting client satisfaction surveys and proactively taking steps to enhance client experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients. Coordinating with teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve client inquiries, and optimize client satisfaction.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Keeping abreast of changes in the market landscape and adjusting account strategies accordingly. Providing insights on market opportunities or threats to internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php27,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
