We are searching for a detail-oriented, professional technical sales engr. to join our company. The Technical Sales Engr. should be able to deliver excellent customer support and make appropriate suggestions for improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and provide technical support for resolving customer challenges.- Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
Develop relationships with adjacent stakeholders including environmental officials, engineering firms and industry experts.
- Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
Listening to customers needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
JOB REQUIREMENT:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, sales team, professional organizations and government entities.
Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
