Job DescriptionThis position is in-charge of Forklift Battery account development and management. Ideally with experience in industrial products, air-conditioning, machines, especially storage and warehousing, and in maintaining existing accounts.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Sales
- Formulate comprehensive strategies for the assigned account.
Generate lead and establish positive client relationship- Provide technical assistant to customers
Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop customer documentation requirements for the industrial batteries account.
Conduct regular customer visits and seminars- Manage warranty claims, in coordination with Customer Service Staff.
Prepare sales report, forecast and performance.
- Account Management
- Oversee all activities under industrial batteries.
Collect account payments- Submit sales documents to customers
Coordinate delivery and production schedules for Industrial Batteries orders.
- Provide after-sales services.
- Marketing
- Monitor market activity and competition.
Develop new market for industrial batteries
