Management Service Certification
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our Management System Certification services to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your success in this role will contribute to the continued growth and success of our certification business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries who require certification services.
Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative advice to clients, understanding their specific certification requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively conveying the value of our certification services.
Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals to clients, addressing their unique needs and expectations.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in certification or related services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry standards and certification processes is a plus.
