The Technical Sales is responsible for carrying out on-site installation, maintenance and repairs of the customers plants, equipment and components to deliver the desired customer service experience in order to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Provide support on troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance and resolving issues on machinery and equipment faults.
- Develop knowledge and experience to assist client.
Update and maintain platform provided for management assistance and plans.- 24/7 ready for urgent request.
With minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as technical sales.- Graduate in electrical, mechanical engineering, and with experience in electro-mechanical.
Knowledgeable in electrical control circuit, machineries, concrete batching plant and construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and cohesiveness in a team environment.
* Preferably with vehicle and a driver's license.
