Technical Representative (KSA)- General Responsibilities:
Adhere to total quality management on the manner ALT delivers services to clients.
- Support design and construction administration team members at all times in terms of schedule due date and deliverables.
Ensure that clients pay ALT on a timely manner based on agreed payment schedule.- Ensure that any potential problem arising in the project, must be able to addressed, resolved and communicated to respective departments.
Submit a bi-weekly expense report to replenish petty cash.
- Main Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators
- A. Sales & Marketing (50%)
Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients by communicating effectively and consistently. (3%)- Conduct sales visits and submit report after end of every week. Report will be discussed every S&M Weekly Meeting. (5%)
Gather project leads and pursue bided projects.(5%)
- Assigned sales target is met. (20%)
Attend internal meetings such as: (2%)- S&M Weekly Meeting every Monday
Marketing handover of awarded projects
- Kick-off meetings of the project
Attend external meetings such as: (5%)- Company introduction presentations
RFP/TQ Meetings
- Review contract and be conversant with key contractual issues but not limited to scope of service, documentation requirements if any, trips allocation, schedules and invoices.(5%)
Ensure timely submissions of Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) within 24 hours after the meeting (3%)- Develop a contact list database for the design, construction administration, contracts and accounts to be submitted and filed properly into its project file folder assigned. (2%)
- B. Technical Coordinator (50%)
Attend meetings where necessary, regular internal meetings of design and/or construction administration and project allocated trips based on agenda of the meeting. If necessary, the Technical Director will request design and/or construction administration team to attend on a case to case per need basis like in tendering, performance mock up and inspections.- Coordinate with the design and construction administration teams for any information and requirements necessary for effective and efficient delivery of service.
Monitor status, changes and development of the project
- Submit weekly status report to project team in terms of deliverables
Submit a bi-monthly report of projected billable based on project schedules whether client supplied or ALT assumptions.- In case of delay or non-payment of client, the Technical Director together with the Commercial Manager can hold or stop work order subject to the approval of the Executive Vice President
_Skills and Qualifications
_- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture graduate
Candidate must have at least 10 years relevant experience in curtain wall or faade or construction industry
- Sales and marketing experience
The position involves local and international travels- Candidate must profess Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and possesses solution-driven attitude
- Team player and achiever.
