At least 3 years up to 5 years or more of experience in recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on recruiting for IT and project-related positions.- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project management methodologies. Candidate must have experience with hiring tech roles like IT, Engineer, etc.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have expertise in handling specialized/niche roles- Nice to have only; someone who has experience using ripp link tool.

As a Senior Recruiter
, your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and selecting top talent for specialized roles within the organization. You will play a key role in developing effective interview strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements and nuances of specialized roles within the organization.
Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to each specialized role, leveraging targeted sourcing methods and industry-specific networks.
- Design and implement effective interview strategies for assessing candidates technical skills, competencies, and cultural fit for specialized roles.
Collaborate with hiring teams to recommend structured interview frameworks, competency-based assessments, and evaluation criteria aligned with role requirements.- Proactively source and identify candidates with specialized skills and experience through targeted outreach, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
Conduct in-depth screening and assessment of candidates, utilizing behavioral interviews, technical assessments, and case studies to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, conveying the company's values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
