TECHNICAL RECRUITERS to be assigned in
BGC, Taguig City.We are seeking a skilled and _experienced Technical Recruiter
_ to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top technical talent and will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various technical positions within our organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements.
- Familiarity with coding languages and technical assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs to source potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical and cultural requirements of the organization.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Administer technical assessments and tests to evaluate candidates technical abilities.- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
