As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified technology professionals. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.
  • Responsibilities:
Source and recruit technology professionals for various assignments.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for technical positions.
  • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate and company expectations.
Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their assignments, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical recruitment.
  • Knowledge of technology staffing processes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, tech professionals, and internal team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and tech companies.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
