Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, strong networking skills, and a proven track record of recruiting for various technical positions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality technical candidates.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source candidates.
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, role, and interview process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT specialists).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with coding languages, software development methodologies, and technical terminology.
