Job Qualifications:- Graduate of Psychology, Human Recourse Management or any related degree.
_Must have at least 1 year experience as a Technical Recruiter.
_- Must have experience in experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and other technical domains.
- Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to tap into for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates skills, knowledge, and suitability for specific roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the interview process, including coordinating schedules and collecting feedback from interviewers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
